SolveTutorials reads Moodle question blocks when you ask it to solve a quiz. It fills supported fields. You review the results and submit the attempt yourself.

What is needed to provide the service

Microsoft sign-in supplies an account identifier, display name and, when available, email address. We store these with your privacy acceptance, sessions, quiz history, usage allowance and payment records. We do not receive your Microsoft password or your Moodle password, cookies or session tokens. The website uses an essential, secure sign-in cookie.

When you press Solve, question text, answer options, form metadata, formulas, shared instructions and relevant images are sent to our server and to OpenAI for processing through Codex. The extension can capture the visible question area. Keep unrelated sensitive information out of question blocks. Questions and answers are encrypted at rest in the application database; authorised service operators can administer the service.

Your history and shared answers

Quiz history, question data and answers are retained until you delete your account or its data. Repeated questions can reuse a shared cached answer after the current form is validated. Other users cannot browse your history. Cached answers do not expose your Microsoft account or the identifiers of your Moodle attempt. Operational and security events are retained for 90 days.

Optional usage analytics

Analytics is off by default. If you enable it, we send fixed usage events, counts, timings and browser information with a pseudonymous account identifier to our self-hosted Umami instance at analytics.nachert.art. We do not send your name, email, question content or Moodle URLs to Umami. You can change this preference at any time without losing access to solving. Essential service records, including quota accounting and security events, are maintained independently of optional analytics.

Your controls

You can stop a run, download your service data, disable analytics, sign out or delete your service account from the extension or account page. Deletion removes its sessions, stored history and associated cached answers from the live database. Other users keep their independently stored history. A keyed, pseudonymous allowance record remains for up to 72 hours to prevent deleting and recreating an account from resetting the free allowance; it contains no name, email or raw Microsoft identifier.

Deleting the live account cannot erase copies already processed by OpenAI; OpenAI’s applicable data controls govern those copies. Service operators are responsible for access and retention of any separately managed database backups.

Payments

If checkout is enabled, payments use the 2C2P hosted payment page. We store the order, MYR amount, status, gateway reference and credited quiz allowance. We do not collect your wallet password or payment credentials. A browser redirect alone never adds credits.

Limitations and requests

AI answers can be incomplete or incorrect. You remain in control of the final submission. Use the account controls for export and deletion. Essential processing requires your explicit acceptance; optional analytics does not.
