A few clear
expectations.
The service
SolveTutorials provides AI assistance for Moodle tutorial questions and fills supported answer fields at your request. AI outputs can be incorrect or incomplete. You review the answers, comply with the rules of your course and decide whether to submit. We do not guarantee marks, results or support for every Moodle widget.
Accounts and allowance
Sign in with an account you control. The free plan provides 2 quiz runs in a rolling 72-hour window. A run is used when inference starts or a cached answer is delivered. Unstarted, cancelled runs release their reservation. Resuming the same Moodle attempt during its active run does not require a second run credit. Runs have time, question and upload limits to keep the service available.
Paid credits
When checkout is enabled, the account page displays the MYR price and number of quiz credits before you proceed. Payments are completed on the payment provider’s page. Credits are added only after server verification. Closing the checkout page does not confirm payment. During the free pilot, paid checkout may be unavailable. Deleting your account removes its stored balance and does not trigger an automatic refund.
Use of the solver
Use the extension for supported quiz questions. Do not use the service as a general-purpose agent, attempt to run commands, extract service credentials, bypass allowances or access another person’s history. The final Moodle submission remains under your control.
Your data
The privacy notice explains essential processing, history, optional analytics and deletion controls. You can export your service data or delete your account from its settings.
Availability
This is an early service. Temporary outages, upstream model limits, Moodle changes and unsupported questions can interrupt a run. You can stop a run and review questions manually. Availability and accurate answers are not guaranteed.
